To ensure the best possible experience, please arrive on time for your appointment or even come in a little early and enjoy a beverage while we get ready for you.

Late arrivals will be charged 100% of the scheduled services, even if there is not enough time to complete all scheduled services.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeited appointment. We will try to accommodate you when possible, but it is not guaranteed. If you get hung up and know you are  going to be a little late, just text or call us 340.715.5901.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

When booking an appointment at polite society, it is assumed you are as committed to the date and time as we are.  However, we also understand things come up and life gets in the way.  Cancelling up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment is never a problem; just text or call us 340.715.5901 

Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service amount.

No-shows will be charged 100% of service amount.

NO-REFUND POLICY

We love what we do and we work hard to make sure that we provide you with the results you are looking for. Each appointment has time allotted for a detailed consultation for us to listen to you and look over your inspiration pictures.  We make sure we take the time to understand and manage your expectations so we are able to achieve a positive outcome.

All sales are final but we are more than happy to offer you a complimentary service correction within seven days of your original appointment. Just text or call us 340.715.5901.

All sales are final on products and tools.
